   Moral support is nice, but Russia needs the Ukraine too much to let go. The country is hard to digest–Russia has, over the past 400 years, tried everything from serfdom to genocide by starvation, and the present effort by Messrs Putin Yanukovich is merely a mild continuation. Russia will not let go unless forced to do so, and there does not seem to be the will in Europe or the Americas to do so.

   The reason why the peaceful rally that the children and students of Ukraine started on November 22 evolved/morphed into this is because the Anti-Ukrainian government – savagely beat young innocent Ukrainian girls and drew blood from the Ukrainian children on November 30, 1913.

   Today is Ukrainian Unity Day and at least three (3) Ukrainian Citizens died – two (2) were shot. 😦
