Announces the articles of the Constitution that contradict the new laws. We need to sabotage the new laws. # YevroMaydan  Yatseniuk about a leader: only дідер here – is the Ukrainian nation, our task – to demonstrate unity and determination. Anyone who calls for storming of administrative offices, is a provocateur. To enter the room – does not mean one has gained power.

Yatsenyuk: I want to answer two questions – a plan of action and leadership. Action Plan: after the infamous Party of Regions (PR) lost the legitimacy of the vote, we thus have a People’s Council from amongst opposition MPs and local councils. The People’s Council should be given the legitimacy of the Ukrainian people, so we can begin a popular vote on the resignation and lack of confidence vote on Viktor Yanukovych, and to support the powers of the Council of Ukraine and the formation of a new Ukrainian Constitution.

We announce the creation of a constitutional convention. Furthermore: – a return to the  2004 Constitution. On elections: they do not allow you to hold elections in Kiev, so we begin a popular vote on the election of the Kyiv city government and the mayor of Kyiv. Using our statutory powers to seek local and regional authorities for self-defense units in each district. Should be established People’s Government, the Government of national trust.

Turchinov (dressed in camouflage jacket – which is banned by the “new law) announces the decision: on January 16, a state breakdown was realized:

1. We do not recognize the laws of the dictatorship.
2. Establish the People’s Council of national deputies who did not vote for dictatorship
