To leave Maidan? Here are my conditions.

If I were asked what it is that would make me, Arsine, leave Maidan and switch to the routine political dialogue, what would my terms be?
I would set the following requirements:
1. Amendment of the Constitution of Ukraine. Return to the constitution of 2004 is an option. Most importantly, the return to a parliamentary-presidential model of the state – no king. As a consequence – an early, maybe not tomorrow, but an early presidential election.
2. The new majority to be established in the current parliament based on the restored constitution.
3. The new majority in the parliament forms the new Cabinet of Ministers, that will not be dependent on the incumbent president, but on the new majority. This is a transitional model of power, until the presidential election, and then a full reset of governance.
4. One of the first decisions of the new government will be to put the country back on the path of European integration and to sign the Assosiation Agreement with the EU in the shortest time possible, perhaps with an enhanced preference deal for Ukraine. This is possible.
5 . All political hostages, political prisoners, and first of all Yulia Tymoshenko will be released, all the criminal and administrative proceedings based on the trumped up charges will be stopped.
6. A REAL investigation into all of the cases of murders, beatings, torture and kidnappings, which have happened in recent months, will be initiated and brought to their logical ending. And the perpetrators will be brought to justice. No simulation, but as it should be done.
It turns out that by and large this is it… If all this happens, I am prepared to leave Maidan and go back to the routine parliamentary activities, arguing till I’m hoarse with my opponents in the parliament about the economic laws of development, models of investment risks, the balance of the tax system, the balance of electoral legislation and other things…
