Operational data from Information Resistance:
Russian-terrorist forces stepped up the intensity of attacks on ATO [anti-terrorism operation] forces, due to the arrival of another so-called “humanitarian” convoy of ammunition, weapons and manpower.
In particular, for the past 24 hours, 65 attacks have been recorded.
Of these, 32 fired in the Debaltseve direction. In the areas of Donetsk and Luhansk 13 and 6 fire strikes, inflicted by Russian forces and terrorists, were recorded respectively.
The positions of our troops near the settlements of Olkhovatka, Chornukhyne, Nikishyne, Ridkodub, Leninske, Mius, Trokhizbenka, Pisky and others, also underwent shelling.

Operational data from Information Resistance:
To the last appeal of OSCE representatives requesting a meeting and expert consultations with the coordinators of “IR” [Information Resistance] we gave the following reply (please consider it an official waiver on our part from contact with this organization, with whom we have cooperated from the spring of 2014):
“Thank you for the invitation. However, in view of recent events (referring to the report of OSCE observers regarding deaths of people near the school №63 in Donetsk by gunfire, and previously occurring cases of cooperation between the OSCE and terrorists’ activities in favor of the Russian Federation aggressor), we, ie. the group “Information Resistance,” are forced to abandon contacts with representatives of your organization. We appreciate the efforts and activities of the OSCE representatives from European countries. However, while the OSCE widely represented the citizens of Russia, the organization, to our deep regret, very often serves as a cover for the aggressive plans of Russia against Ukraine. In view of this, we believe it impossible to continue to work with this organization.”

There are so many who want OSCE to fail. Wonder why…
Mags: because, sadly, it’s been completely infiltrated, reports erroneous information that stretches any credulity, and works outside of its own defined mandate. In short, because OSCE has already failed Ukraine! It’s clear in what Tymchuk writes.
