“There is fierce fighting for the control of the Ukraine–Russia border. Russia continues to gather its forces to the Ukraine border. Over the last few days there has been a noticeable transfer of units and military equipment against the border brigades of Sumy and Luhansk. Terrorists and Russian mercenaries are continuing attempts to redeploy armoured vehicles onto Ukrainian territory and to fire on places where border troops are stationed. At about 4:30 a.m. today the terrorists fired on the positions of border guards and Ukrainian air force not far from the community of Dyatkovo. Ukrainian military services did not suffer any casualties. Russian helicopters and drones have infringed into Ukrainian air space many times. Columns of Russian troops and military equipment are attempting to reach Ukrainian territory several times every day. These attempts are being made with the active cooperation of Russian border guards. The facts regarding firing from Russian territory onto ATO positions have been ascertained. Ukraine has full documentary confirmation of these facts for the appropriate international reaction. In the Russian Federation Council they are already talking about strikes against Ukraine. Reconnaissance data shows that Russia is preparing to deploy special services from Rostov Oblast to Ukrainian territory. Special services divisions are arriving in Rostov Oblast, these are reconnaissance and diversionary groups of the Russian Intelligence Service.”
