Mykyta Rubchenko wrote the cover version of the Ukrainian Anthem and he posted it to his Youtube channel [seriously, go there and check him out, he rocks! –Voices of Ukraine editors].

Mykyta plays all the parts [in the video] himself. His profile on Vkontakte social network says that he is an activist at Kharkiv’s EuroMaidan. The young man himself noted that he made the rendition to show that Ukraine is united: “I have performed the Ukrainian Anthem to support my country and the people of Ukraine. Music is a source of inspiration during all times and in all nations, it inspires people to stay together. And rock is my favorite music genre.”
