I understand the feelings of every adequate person who either saw or read about how Moscow has practically challenged, in an arrogant and pushy way, the entire civilized world today. Ukraine is just an excuse. Actually, it’s a wake-up call for everyone who is still able to wake up to this.

In connection with this, I would like to ask everyone – don’t panic, don’t get hysterical, and don’t yell that the West has given up on us. Stop pointing your fingers at stock quotes as if they prove this. Don’t take the mask of Botox for the smirk of the winner. There is nothing but fear inside of him, there cannot be anything else there. And by the way, he hasn’t fully realized yet what a mess he has started. He has actually switched the world to “us or them” mode. He has no geostrategic allies – it is self-deception. This will become clear in a very short time. Without any voting at the international forums. Imaginary Asian allies, whom Putin was persistently bowing down to, will not rush to stand up for the maniac and nobody. He has nothing to offer them except for the little that he will give away to them cheaply in any case. Their civilizations have existed for too long to plunge into freezing water without knowing everything about the ocean bottom.

What about the West? Don’t worry about it. Those who needed to know have already realized that it’s not about their prestige and welfare. It’s about the foundations of the value system which has allowed them to come onto the world stage after having searched for their own identity for centuries and faced losses and hardships associated with it.

To put it in a nutshell, don’t panic. Because this is exactly what the contender for the “Boa of the world” title expects us to do. But we are not rabbits, right?
