To all units and subdivisions of the Armed Forces of the Donetsk People’s Republic [DNR], individual soldiers and commanders, who were at the crash site of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing-777 airplane from July 18 to 21, 2014 and who have in their possession personal effects from this plane, are to deliver the found items back to the DNR Armed Forces HQ by 8:00 pm EEST of July 23, 2014. The valuables (watches, earrings, pendants, and other jewelry and items from valuable metals) will be transferred to the Defense Fund of the DNR.
