Nadiya Savchenko’s lawyer Mark Feygin tweeted earlier today: “I just came from Nadiya in prison. She sends everyone a hello and this appeal.” And Nadiya writes:
“Good day to you, good people!
Thank you to everyone who came to my trial yesterday (03.26.2015).
When they were transferring me back to SIZO-1, in the paddy wagon, I heard you shouting “Nadya! Nadya!” 🙂
Then the paddy wagon driver turned the siren on to drown out your voices and to disperse you. And I burst out laughing! :)))
I heard you nonetheless! 🙂 I would hear your voice through any walls! Only please, be careful… I really don’t want to hear your voices from the neighboring cell! 😉
Meeting with you gave me a whole new sea of strength! And, it gave me enough strength for the next court date!
Until the next meeting!
And, I wish [for it to be], finally in FREEDOM!

PS: Nonetheless, the fourth charge they were trying to pin on me did not stick! That’s at least some victory.
Glory to Ukraine!
Glory to the Heroes!”
