President Poroshenko

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko arrived at the National Guard’s Anti-Terrorist Center camp. Also on site are the Minister of Internal Affairs Arseniy Avakov, Secretary of National Security and Defense Andriy Parubiy and Commander of the National Guard  Stepan Poltorak.

As the President had noted, he will soon sign a decree on the temporary ceasefire. This is to ensure that terrorists can lay down their arms and those who fail to do so, will be destroyed.

Poroshenko also presented state awards and military equipment (thermal imaging binoculars) to National Guard soldiers.
