In Russia a person publicly washed his faced with ‘blood’ on a Ukrainian flag. The man symbolically washed his face with red liquid on a Ukrainian flag. He placed the Ukrainian flag on the ground in front of the FSB building, kneeled down and started to put the red liquid, symbolizing blood, on his face.
