The Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Valentyn Nalyvaychenko and I spent the whole night settling the situation in Sevastopil and… searching for the former President of Ukraine.

On Friday, February 21, V.F. Yanukovych, accompanied by A.P. Klyuyev, left Kyiv by helicopter for Kharkiv, where Yanukovych intended to take part in the Congress of the Deputies of the Party of Regions.
