Vice-speaker Ruslan Koshulinsky announced the special session of Verhovna Rada open.

He reported that over 200 MPs have registered in the chamber.

However, MPs are still waiting for their colleagues to have a quorum.

After MPs sang the national anthem of Ukraine, Koshulinsky cried out: “Glory to Ukraine!” MPs responded to this: “Glory to the heroes!” and “Glory to the heroes of Maydan!”. After this, Koshulinsky announced a one hour break.
