Last night, Petro Shuliak, lieutenant-colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Forces army unit N1241, made an official statement reflecting the position of the unit commanders that he will not give clearly criminal orders and assured that the personnel will not execute clearly criminal orders.
Apart from that, the unit personnel will not oppose the citizens’ peaceful protest actions. The commander assured that the army unit N1241 personnel serves the Ukrainian people.
