This is a humanitarian disaster. And it was caused by the government, which denigrated human dignity and flagrantly violated the rights of Ukrainian citizens. People are dying a violent death, thousands are wounded.

I wish to address the law enforcement agencies in Lviv separately. Go out and use your weapons to protect the people – your relatives, neighbors, and friends. You need to realize that the smallest aggression on your part to the people will have a response that is many times stronger. It will be impossible to stop.
