Many people ask: «What’s next? What will Automaidan do?» The answers are as follows:

1. We are ordinary people who organized themselves quickly for non-violent protest. And, as with the whole of Ukraine, this was our first encounter with such a situation.

2. What happened is clearly a blend of the Putin-Medvedchuk-Klyuyev script scenario and Yanukovych & Co. desiring to retain power by any means. The opposition’s inability to agree on one leader for the consolidation of society, and the desire of the individual opposition leaders to grind their own axe (political and financial) have been imposed on it.

3. Its great achievement was that it awakened civic society in the form of the non-party strong initiatives: Automaidan, Hromadskiy Sector (Civil Sector), Praviy Sector (Right Sector), Euromaidan SOS, Samo-oborona (Self-defense), the Afghan Vets, etc. They keep Maidan, rather than the [opposition] parties.

4. Automaidan continues to fulfill its primary function on Maidan – patrolling, reconnaissance and convoy of supplies in Maidan.

5. Besides, the key issue for us is the release of our blood brothers, providing treatment of those who have suffered and fundraising for the compensation of material losses of Automaidan members. But everyone should understand that we went to Automaidan consciously, realizing the risks from the first day.

6. Next Automaidan will become a systemic social movement that will control the activity of the authority, regardless of its color; a movement, independent from the parties. At the moment, we have representatives of different political forces, but everyone is aware that Automaidan is non-partisan.

7. In a time of crisis, in today’s day, Automaidan made a decision to support Vitali Klitschko as the leader of the resistance due to his consistency and lack of bargaining with the authority for personal interests. But this does not mean that we will support him if he would take steps that are contrary to the vision of our team. Such a position is absolutely clear to all politicians.

8. We will continue unequivocally our vigorous activity in the form of actions that will repeatedly make a noise in Ukraine and all the world. And it cannot be ruled out that our next «objectives» will be the present oppositional politicians. «Truth» cannot be only for one’s self.

9. WE APPEAL TO THE DEPUTIES OF THE PARTY OF REGIONS!!! Foremost to all those who have not yet lost all sense of conscience! It depends on you what will happen in our country in the near future. It’s in your power to change the situation in the Parliament and in the country. Stop being afraid! Are you men or not?! Brave girls stood here under fire and grenade explosions, and you in warmth and comfort tremble and are afraid. Perform a feat in your life. Not for someone from the opposition to become a prime minister, but to prevent a war, and for the country to become civilized in a step by step approach, and not be a bandit state.
