The residents of the Crimea started to receive blank invitations for the referendum, reported the Internet-edition of ‘Island’ on March 13. It is reported that invitations are not filled in with the names of the voter or polling stations nor are territorial district numbers specified. Strangely those invited to vote are not even provided with the address of the polling station where they are to vote on the referendum. The precinct election commission contact details are also not specified.
