The Embassy of Ukraine to Berlin: Evidence for presence of Russian troops in Ukraine

Das Außenministerium der Ukraine verfügt über die Beweise des widerrechtlichen Aufenthalts auf dem Territorium der Ukraine von etwa 3 600 russischer Militärpersonen. Der Sprecher des Außenministeriums der Ukraine stellte fest, es seien bestätigte Foto- und Videoaufnahmen, die belegen, dass die russische Militär durch Militäreinheiten aus Tschetschenien, Wladikawkas, Kubinka (Gebiet Moskau), Toliati (Gebiet Samara), Iwanowo, Pskow, Ulianowsk vertreten sind. Gleichzeitig treffe das Kommando dieser Einheiten Maßnahmen für die Tarnung in Bezug auf das Eintreffen der OSZE-Beobachtungsmission.

Translation: The Ministry of Exterior Affairs of Ukraine has got evidence about the illegal presence of about 3600 Russian military persons on the territory of Ukraine. According to the speaker of the Ministry of Exterior, this evidence consists of photo and video material which proofs that military units of the Russian Army from Chechnya, Valdikavkas, Kubinka (Moscow region), Toiati (Samra region), Ivanovo, Pskov, Ulyanovsk are present in Ukraine. At the same time, the headquaters of these units is currently effecting measures for disguising these units in connection with the expected arrival of the OSCE fact finding mission.
